HII’s Mission Technologies division is seeking a part-time receptionist for Wright Patterson AFB. The role involves greeting visitors, managing the front desk, handling security clearances, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and assist them in processing through the visitor identification and badging process according to standard operating procedures

Work with visitor sponsors/coordinators to prepare visitor badges and other actions as required to provide superior customer service

Should have excellent multitasking and organizational skills

Protect and control Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in accordance with local procedures

Send, receive and verify personnel security clearances via DISS

Perform random security inspections and enforce local policy regarding introductions of prohibited items in to the facility

Receive and disseminate incoming mail and sign for packages

Monitoring personnel entering the facility to ensure they are authorized and display proper identification

Accomplish required annual training and maintain certificates, as appropriate
