Responsibilities
Manage and oversee targeting, measurement, and competitive intelligence work across multiple clients, overseeing the team members executing the work and driving a clear, actionable perspective on how to improve campaigns
Act as a strategic partner to our clients and internal teams, synthesizing data from our work and other sources to set, measure, and optimize campaign strategy and translating complex methodologies and insights into digestible client-ready deliverables
Lead projects that use machine learning / predictive modeling and other analytics tools to improve our product offering, working with our Labs team
Evaluate new data sources and tools and work with our Labs team to implement them to improve our work
Experiment with new tools like generative AI to responsibly improve the depth and efficiency of our current workflows and identify opportunities to improve them
Partner with other internal teams to make our work more actionable and interpretable
Qualification
Required
Oversee analytics and data science work across clients
Develop new data-driven solutions for campaigns
Lead targeting and measurement work across campaign lifecycles
Manage data science team and serve as strategic counselor
Use audience data to define target audiences for media campaigns
Integrate findings from message research into analytics approach
Use survey data to understand persuasive elements in campaigns
Work with competitive tracking products to analyze client competitors
Lead projects to advance capabilities using predictive analytics and modeling
Evaluate new data sources and map them to business problems
Set pace for team on using LLMs and AI tools for efficiency
Manage and oversee targeting, measurement, and competitive intelligence work
