Responsibilities

Identify and vet global suppliers for networking components (Routers, Switches, Optical Transport Systems, Optics, Cables)
Collaborate with Engineering and Finance to create accurate forecasts for hardware deployments, accounting for long lead times
Manage hardware transitions (NPI - New Product Introduction) and End-of-Life (EOL) processes to minimize excess and obsolescence (E&O)
Drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key vendors to track KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quality, and Cost Reduction
Develop "Plan B" strategies for critical components to bypass geopolitical disruptions or supply chain shortages
Ensure hardware meets regional regulatory certifications (CE, FCC, RoHS)
Run point on delivery management
Collaborate regularly with internal and external partners
Enter and track PO status
Track upcoming contracts/agreements for renewal/re-negotiations
Facilitate change management with key contacts throughout the organization
Manage invoice/payment trackers
Assist with back end billing issue resolution
Create dashboards to enhance leadership visibility

Required

BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years in a high-growth company with procurement, project management, engineering, accounting, or forecasting experience
Hands-on experience with a procurement system
Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets
Handled issue tracking and resolution
Solid interpersonal skills
A knack for details and are calm in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Netsuite or iProcure experience
