Responsibilities

Legal research regarding Life Insurance solution in estate and business planning
Life Insurance estate and business planning case development
Legal research, including, but not limited to: income and transfer taxation, life insurance products and other legal matters
Writing articles and technical materials for agents’ use
Act as a liaison between agents and carrier home offices to facilitate sales
Support the sale of carrier specific and Crump proprietary advanced sales deliverables

Required

Superior interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

Ability to work in a self-directed fashion
Experience with PC's in a Windows environment
Exceptional organizational skills
Knowledge of carrier specific advanced sales concepts
10 years of experience and/or education with various tax and legal rules pertaining to business and estate planning
Juris Doctor or Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.)

Preferred

Estate and business taxation emphasis or CPA
