The role involves hands-on work on the manufacturing floor, including project work, production line exposure, and process improvement projects.

Project work involving being on the manufacturing floor

Production line exposure, assembly work and operation of machines

Process and facility improvement projects

Wiring, Brazing etc

Required

Ideal candidate is in a mechanical engineering curriculum with expected graduation date of December 2026 or later and available to work full time in the summer

Must have good organizational, communication and presentation skills and a strong desire to serve the customer

Passion for work with aggressive nature to succeed

Enthusiastic about tackling challenges head on

Confident and decisive in decision making with a desire to consistently find ways to improve processes

Ability to embrace new technologies and multi-task in a fast paced environment

Ability to learn quickly and work at a high level independently with little over site

Preferred

HVAC experience or knowledge preferred
