Responsibilities

Receive and respond to customer inquiries received via phone and email

Ensure accurate and timely entry of critical title information using ITIC’s production software

Review title opinions for status and underwriting requirements

Underwrite and process title commitments, policies, and endorsements according to production and quality goals

Recognize and understand potential industry risks

Work on special projects as assigned by management

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeWritten communicationOral communicationOrganizational skills

Required

Currently enrolled in a four-year college or university

Strong written and oral communication skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
