Responsibilities

Own monthly net revenue reporting and provide operating and financial variance analyses to drive strategic business decisions
Compiling and interpreting large sets of healthcare data for alternative performance reviews as well as ad hoc reporting
Prepare and review calculations across multiple revenue streams to support short- and long-range revenue forecasts
Develop process solutions through automation, standardization, and innovation to enhance efficiency
Respond to high-priority executive-level requests with timely, accurate, and actionable analytics

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field OR combination of education and relevant work experience
Work experience in a corporate financial analysis or similar role where you delivered actionable insights and process improvements
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with SQL and Power BI
You should be comfortable working with large datasets, presenting insights to senior stakeholders, and adapting quickly to evolving business needs
