This role will support the college’s focus on artificial intelligence across teaching, learning, and operational efficiency, helping faculty and staff implement AI solutions.

Responsibilities
Provide training, workshops, and one-on-one support for faculty, staff, and students on AI tools, responsible use, and practical applications
Assist academic programs in developing AI-related certificates and degrees, and support the integration of AI competencies into existing curricula across disciplines
Build or customize in-house AI tools—including chatbots, workflow automations, and analytics applications—to enhance teaching and learning, business processes, and student services
Collaborate with departments across the college to expand institutional AI capacity
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends, and maintain resources and guidance for the campus community
Support the development and execution of the college’s AI strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience using AI technologies and supporting end-users in technology adoption
Strong communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Project management skills
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
Preferred
Experience in education, instructional design, or workforce development
Programming experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Experience building AI applications or automations
