Quantic X-Microwave is seeking an Entry Level Layout Designer to manage the PCB design process for RF and Microwave products. This role involves translating schematics to layouts and collaborating with the engineering team to ensure designs meet best practices and manufacturing standards.

PCB layout for RF and microwave drop-in components

Translation of schematics and component placement for high performance designs

Quickly learning and conforming to X-Microwave best practices and platform requirements

Use of Keysight ADS design software or equivalent

Team player, working in collaboration with other layout designers, engineers, and management

Creatively solve technical challenges in cost effective ways

Contribute lessons learned and improvements to the X-MWsystem

Maintain positive relationships as part of a growing team

Keep up with the fast-paced culture of a startup

SolidWorks 3D design experience a plus, but not required
