Responsibilities
Deliver a positive customer experience by clearly explaining the purpose of the site survey and answering basic questions
Maintain a clean and tidy work area inside and outside the customer’s home
Follow all company appearance, conduct, and safety standards
Arrive on time to scheduled appointments and communicate proactively if delays occur
Take clear and accurate photos of the home, roof areas, electrical equipment, and surrounding structures
Ensure all required information is complete and properly submitted after each visit
Follow all safety protocols while working in residential environments
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently in the field
Ability to interact professionally with homeowners from diverse backgrounds
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
