Senior HR Analyst

Responsibilities

Proactively sources, screens, and engages high-quality candidates through creative outreach, networking, and use of multiple recruitment platforms
Partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Oversees a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating orientation sessions, benefits enrollment, I9 processing, etc
Maintains and updates organizational personnel records relating to recruitment, vacancies, salary and organizational charts
Assists HR Director in creation and facilitation of HR related trainings
Assists with implementation of the Workday HCM system (scheduled to go live June 2026) through testing, process optimization and staff training
Facilitates 45- and 90-day new hire check-ins and exit interviews to evaluate employee satisfaction and support continuous improvement of HR programs
Provides timely and accurate responses to HR-related inquiries, delivering exceptional service to employees and external contacts
Collaborates with benefits vendors and insurance carriers to enhance program administration, facilitate knowledge sharing, and ensure a positive and informed employee experience

Required

At least five years of progressive HR experience
Skilled in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing and talent acquisition strategies
Skilled in benefit administration and vendor collaboration
Skilled in creating and delivering employee and supervisor trainings
Effective written and verbal communication
Providing a high level of customer service and stakeholder engagement
Ability to analyze and think critically, draw conclusions, and report results accurately
Ability to interpret and apply employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies
Ability to exercise sound judgement to make critical decisions
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration or related field
At least 3 years' experience in such areas as Human Resources, labor relations or similar
Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities

Preferred

Experience with Workday
SHRM or PHR certification
