Simplify the Buying Experience Implement go-to-market strategies that ensure the right channels, roles, and sales coverage are in place. Lead annual planning cycles, synthesize business unit strategies into regional plans, and design risk mitigation strategies to unlock growth

Create Visibility Through Technology & Analytics Drive adoption of tools and dashboards that improve forecasting, planning, and performance. Operate an analytical center of excellence to define KPIs, monitor execution, and accelerate value capture

Enable Commercial Talent Partner with HR and business leaders to shape talent strategies, including training, succession planning, and governance for hiring and performance management

Be a Trusted Change Partner Support process redesign initiatives and collaborate with change management professionals to engage stakeholders and embed new ways of working
