Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of data analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with client objectives
Lead the development and implementation of data visualization strategies using Microsoft Power BI, ensuring insights are clear and impactful
Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Drive business development activities, identifying new opportunities, and crafting proposals that showcase our analytics capabilities
Engage in high-level stakeholder management, maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
Develop and implement data analytics strategies that contribute to the organization's goals, leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies
Manage project portfolios, allocating resources efficiently and monitoring project progress and budgets
Contribute to the enhancement of analytics methodologies, tools, and practices, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry advancements
Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team, enhancing our collective expertise in data analytics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record in project execution and delivery
Demonstrable experience in people management, leading and developing high-performing teams
Strong background in business development, with skills in identifying opportunities and crafting compelling proposals
Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a history of maintaining productive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Expertise in data analytics tools and methodologies, with the ability to guide teams in delivering insightful analytics solutions
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills, capable of driving innovation and change within the organization
