Flooring Trim Inside Sales Account Manager
Versatrim is seeking a Flooring Trim Inside Sales Account Manager who enjoys building lasting partnerships and managing B2B accounts. Responsibilities
Own a book of B2B accounts and grow it through consistent outreach
Work closely with an Inside Sales Manager who supports your success
Sell trusted products with a strong competitive story
Earn uncapped commission with paid training and robust benefits
Prospect: research, obtain, and nurture new customer leads
Report: prepare weekly opportunity and project updates for the Inside Sales Manager
Manage: oversee all aspects of assigned accounts and develop deep relationships
Support: process orders/samples and answer phone/email inquiries; assist in call queues
Educate: schedule and conduct meetings/presentations and product trainings
Qualify: assist with evaluating and onboarding new customers
Document: log activities in Salesforce and maintain complete account data
Collaborate: partner with other departments to optimize sales efforts
Engage: participate in off-site trainings or shows as needed (expenses paid)
Achieve: meet or exceed sales quotas and all KPIs
Adapt: cross-train to assist any customer when needed
Qualification

Minimum qualifications: HS diploma or equivalent
Minimum qualifications: Reliable transportation
Minimum qualifications: 18+ years of age
Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work within the US
Preferred
Experience in flooring/trim or building products sales preferred
Background in account management/development
Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and learns new processes quickly
Prior sales experience is a plus
