Inspect parts for defects
Equipment/ Furnace Setup
Documentation handling
Print reading
Mechanical inspection
Perform part cleaning procedures
Perform thermal stress tests and operate equipment
Become familiar with Sinclair’s QMS requirements as they relate to the engineering/ manufacturing departments
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong analytical skills
Problem solving skills
Mathematical skills
Communication skills
Familiarity with small parts assembly
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to maintain a notebook on processes and results
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to work with advanced mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to stand, talk, and listen regularly
Ability to walk and carry product frequently
Ability to ascend and descend stairs while carrying a load of 10 pounds
Ability to use hands and fingers to feel, squeeze, grip product and tools
Ability to push/pull and reach above shoulders
