Qualification
Required
3+ years in project management or engineering (consumer products/hardware/plastics preferred)
Proven full lifecycle delivery — concept → production → launch
Strong technical foundation (engineering principles, manufacturing processes, product constraints)
Clear communicator across technical and non‑technical audiences; confident presenting to leadership
Microsoft Office proficiency; CAD familiarity (SolidWorks or CREO) is a plus
Proactive, hands‑on, adaptable, and highly collaborative
