The Breakers Palm Beach is seeking an Employee Relations Coordinator to assist with confidential Employee Relations Services. This role involves tracking information, coordinating meetings, and supporting various HR functions to ensure fair treatment of employees.

Responsibilities

Assist with tracking and coordinating information, meetings, and investigations related to Employee Relations Services

Support the maintenance and analysis of the Employee Relations Database

Apply company policies and procedures to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees

Make recommendations for disciplinary action when necessary

Provide administrative support for various HR functions such as unemployment compensation, Mandated EAP, exit interviews, and training sessions

Serve as backup support for the HRIS Specialist

Collaborate with the Employee Relations leadership team to ensure efficient and effective HR operations

Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
