Responsibilities

Apply human-centered and accessible design methods, including conceptual models, personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, to inform and communicate design decisions

Design and optimize experience architecture to improve usability and findability while accommodating technical and business requirements

Ensure consistent application of interaction patterns, layouts, and brand standards across platforms and touchpoints

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, testing, and compliance partners throughout the design lifecycle

Review and provide feedback on UX artifacts and deliverables from peers to ensure quality, clarity, and alignment with best practices

Qualification

User experience designFigmaDesign systemsResponsive web designCollaboration

Required

5+ years of experience in product or user experience design, with a strong focus on customer-facing experiences

Advanced proficiency in Figma, including interactive prototyping

Experience designing for responsive web; native platform experience is a plus

Strong understanding of design systems, pattern libraries, and working within established brand standards

Ability to clearly articulate design thinking, tradeoffs, and decision rationale

Comfortable operating in highly collaborative, regulated environments

Preferred

Industry Background: Financial Services / FinTech nice to have, not required
