Marketing & Growth Specialist (Social Media + Paid Ads)

FindEmAll.com is looking for a hands-on marketing professional to own social media execution and paid advertising performance. This role is focused on building consistent brand presence and driving measurable growth through campaigns, testing, and optimization.

Own and execute social media management across priority platforms (content planning, posting, engagement, and growth)
Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across relevant channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, X as appropriate)
Develop campaign concepts, messaging, and creative directions that convert
Build and improve acquisition funnels (offer, landing pages, lead capture, retargeting)
Track and report performance using clear KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate)
Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creative, and offers, then iterate quickly based on results
Coordinate monthly travel to support or capture content at events and translate event learnings into campaigns
