Circular Economy Finance Manager (Mopar Finance)
Stellantis is seeking a Circular Economy Finance Manager to oversee financial analysis and reporting for their Circular Economy and Repair portfolio. The role involves budget creation, variance analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accountability and support profit improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining Pro-Forma Profit & Loss for Circular Economy
Monthly actuals, forecast and variance analysis for Circular Economy and Repair portfolio parts sales, gross margin and advertising & marketing spend
Month-end closing activities, including accrual calculation/analysis, preparation of journal entries, actual reporting and variance explanations, and post-close reports
Developing the annual NA Circular Economy budget and long-range planning
Monitor spending to ensure containment within the approved budget
Responsible for Promotion/Incentive, and Business Case reviews prior to approvals
Creation of ad hoc or as required financial analysis and presentations. Providing a variance analysis of income statement data
Assist in resolving process/system issues
Involvement in various profit improvement initiatives and special projects with operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting; or related
Minimum 8 years of finance controlling experience
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience
Ability to coordinate and communicate cross-functionally with employees throughout the corporate hierarchy
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams
Required Hyperion Essbase and SAP/PSAP end-user experience
Preferred
Master's degree, MBA or CPA
Knowledge of vehicle/parts margins, forecasting, foreign exchange, and international finance a plus
At least one year in one or more of the following areas: budget and forecasting, model controller, comparative financial analysis or product development finance
Work experience with commercial and/or industrial groups
Experience with Power BI, Qlik, and COGNOS
