Responsibilities
Handle administrative agency charges (EEOC, DOL, etc.)
Respond to attorney demand letters and shape pre-litigation strategy
Contribute to single-plaintiff litigation and EPLI matters
Draft position statements, motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal memos
Collaborate with a remote team of attorneys, partners, and paralegals
Deliver efficient, high-quality legal work with no in-person demands
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of employment law experience
Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Strong legal writing, organizational, and case management skills
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote-first environment
Preferred
Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
Bar admission in CA or WA is a significant plus
Experience with EPLI defense or agency proceedings is a plus
