Responsibilities

Owning product design from early concept through polished, shipped experiences
Defining and evolving the design system, visual language, and interaction patterns
Creating intuitive, trustworthy consumer workflows in AI-driven environments
Partnering deeply with Product & Engineering on roadmap and execution
Using data, user insight, and taste to iterate quickly without sacrificing quality
Building a design culture where speed and craft coexist

Required

5+ years as a hands-on Product Designer on consumer products
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership and shipped work
High bar for UX, visual design, and interaction quality
Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving fast
Excellent cross-functional communication skills

Preferred

Experience in early-stage or high-growth consumer startups
Background in social, marketplace, commerce, or lifestyle products
Strong taste across both product UX and brand/visual design
Genuine interest in fashion, culture, and AI-powered consumer experiences
