They are seeking a Private Equity Associate to manage daily operations, improve operational efficiency, lead front-line teams, and assist with property acquisitions.

Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management of Portfolio: Support all daily operational needs of the business
Operational Efficiency Analysis: Evaluate areas of inefficiency and deploy creative solutions to drive operational improvements leading to outsized business success
Front-Line Team Leadership: Lead hiring process for new front-line team members, present monthly front-line team meetings, support monthly 1v1 feedback meetings, and mentor front-line team for success
Acquisition Management: Assist with new property onboarding, provide thoughtful feedback on potential deals from an operational lens, support acquisition team through due diligence
Training & Continuing Education Program Development: Oversee front-line continuing education programs and support re-design & development of a Version 3.0 comprehensive training program for new hires on the front-line and corporate team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree. Major Agnostic, Emphasis on Demonstrated Excellence
2+ years of Private Equity, Investment Banking, Financial Consulting, or Real Estate experience preferred
Exceptional track record of leadership and project management
Proven ability to work on teams
Superb communication skills (written, verbal, public speaking) and emotional intelligence
High integrity, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve dynamic problems on a global scale
Hunger to learn, bias to action, and a humble 'can do' attitude
Outstanding analytical, quantitative, and technical skills (incl. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
