Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for Sales and Marketing business systems, utilizing your experience to solve business challenges
Manage the design, configuration, onboarding, and troubleshooting of Sales and Marketing business systems
Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts and process owners, recommending how to translate their operational processes into business systems
Collaborate with specialized internal teams including Data Solutions, IT, and Data Analytics and external teams including Software OEMs, Developers, and Implementation Partners
Remain current on the latest tools, technology and feature releases for sales and marketing business systems and the software space in general recommending opportunities to apply new solutions
Create and maintain process maps, articles, and SOP documentation for business systems and related processes
Create, maintain, and enforce project plans and timelines
Receive and resolve end user tickets
Onboard and train new employees in sales and marketing business systems
All other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Moderate experience administering CRM & MAP software, preferably HubSpot
Moderate experience administering CPQ software, preferably DealHub CPQ
Experience designing and building workflows and process automations
Ability to think in terms of systems, data structures, and business processes
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to have both technical and non-technical
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting including both remote and in-person interaction
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient with modern business software such as Microsoft Office

Preferred

Familiarity with B2B marketing and sales operations, preferred
