Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery, demos, POCs, and evaluations with enterprise security and AI teams
Own customer deployments including integration architecture, onboarding, and production readiness
Build reusable solutions, integrations, and technical content that scales GTM
Advise customers on AI security best practices, risk assessments, and secure deployment patterns
Influence product roadmap through direct customer feedback loops
Represent Straiker as a subject-matter expert across the Americas region
Qualification
Required
5+ years in enterprise sales / customer facing roles
5+ years in cybersecurity
Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to translate complex AI security concepts into clear business value for both executives and engineers
Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing engineering roles
Comfort working in fast-moving startup environments with distributed global teams
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API-driven architectures
Preferred
GenAI platforms: OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models and frameworks
Cloud AI services: AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI
Model gateways and orchestration: LiteLLM, Portkey, or similar
Guardrail and safety tooling: NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails, Guardrails AI
AI red-teaming tools: Promptfoo, Garak, or comparable adversarial testing frameworks
Security vendor or security startup experience
