Responsibilities

Develop and maintain monthly financial and operational reporting for the Executive Team, integrating cohort, segment, and service-type data

Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to gather, validate, and interpret performance metrics

Create clear, executive-ready reports that highlight trends, variances, and strategic insights

Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to inform planning and reviews

Build and enhance dashboards and automated reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools

Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost control, and revenue performance

Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve reporting accuracy and data consistency

Prepare summaries and materials for monthly Executive and Board-level presentations
