The position involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining repair records, and ensuring timely delivery of repaired products back to customers.

Responsibilities
Be responsible for diagnosing and repairing parts after testing to ensure quality and functionality
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, maintain repair records, and ensure the accuracy of inventory records
Pick up defective products from customers and safely pack repaired products to return to customers
Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery back to customers
Qualification
Required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues & customers
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues
Maintain repair records
Ensure the accuracy of inventory records
Pick up defective products from customers
Safely pack repaired products to return to customers
Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery back to customers
