As a Client Services Associate, you will maintain strong relationships with clients, provide administrative and campaign execution support, and ensure the successful delivery of media services.

Responsibilities
Support senior staff in the execution of digital campaigns
Assist in report preparation, trafficking creative, and capturing screenshots
Monitor pacing and budgets of at least $5,000 and escalate discrepancies
Ensure campaigns meet deadlines and maintain quality
Coordinate budget reallocations with Programmatic Trading
Track and communicate internal and external decisions
Submit timesheets and expense reports on time
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, preferred
Interest or background in politics, public affairs, or digital media
