Responsibilities

Analyze and enhance production processes for efficiency and quality using lean manufacturing principles
Assess workforce utilization and design equipment layouts to optimize workflow and minimize waste
Estimate production times, staffing needs, and costs to support management decisions
Share manufacturing capabilities and production schedules to facilitate efficient operations
Assess products against specifications and quality standards to ensure compliance
Address moderate issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff as necessary
Implement and uphold quality control standards throughout production, emphasizing continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
2 to 4 years in manufacturing engineering or related fields
Knowledge of mfg. processes, lean principles, and quality control
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficient with CAD, MS Office and ERP systems

Preferred

Bilingual in Spanish preferred
