Responsibilities
Lead preparation, filing and compliance for sales and use tax across multiple jurisdictions
Oversee federal and state corporate income tax filings, provision support and quarterly estimates
Manage tax audits, notices, nexus changes and regulatory updates
Evaluate tax implications related to new locations, business initiatives and operational expansion
Partner with Finance, Operations and Legal on tax-related questions and planning
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement tax technology improvements
Coordinate external tax firms and advisors
Qualification
Required
7 or more years of tax experience including both indirect and corporate income tax
Strong understanding of multi-state tax environments
Demonstrated ability to advise leadership, interpret tax issues and drive compliance
Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-moving business
Preferred
CPA or Master's in Tax
