Lead PLC programming and control system development for custom automation projects
Develop control strategies and process logic from customer and internal specifications
Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers to deliver complete system designs
Troubleshoot, optimize, and commission automation systems
Support on-site startup and system integration at customer facilities
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and customers
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in industrial automation and controls engineering
Expert-level PLC programming proficiency with Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric, and Siemens platforms
Strong ability to translate specifications into functional control designs
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
High professional standards and attention to detail
