Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
Review and maintain electrical and automation documents, preventive maintenance, and SOPs
Develop and support corrective actions for electrical and automation issues
Lead and coordinate multi-functional teams for project execution and timely implementation
Apply technical knowledge to optimize electrical, automated processing, and IT systems
Investigate and resolve electrical and process automation anomalies
Participate in internal audits and deliver targeted training programs
Lead troubleshooting activities and implement change control
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Technical teams to resolve complex problems
Provide 24/7 technical assistance and flexibility for shift assignments
Maintain technical documentation and equipment according to the manufacturer’s instructions
Mentor and develop employees in controls, automation, and maintenance management
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Science, or Information Technology
OR minimum 4 years as a process engineer supporting highly automated processes and 3 years as an electrical and automation control engineer
3+ years of relevant work experience
Experience with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix/CompactLogix PLC, Siemens S7, Rockwell FactoryTalk View SE, RSNetworx, Power Flex VFD, Armor Flex, Armor Starter, Aveva Historian, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Windows, Batch processing and S88 standard
Strong project management, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
