Duda Farm Fresh Foods, Inc. is a subsidiary of DUDA that specializes in fresh produce operations. They are seeking a Parts and Production Clerk to maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies while supporting production efficiency and coordinating with maintenance and production teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables: receive, inspect, and document incoming parts and supplies

Organize and track parts efficiently; track part usage and coordinate reorders to avoid stock shortages

Work with vendors to obtain quotes, process purchase orders, and ensure timely deliveries. Maintain a database of suppliers, pricing, and lead times for critical parts

Assist with production scheduling, ensuring materials and supplies are available as needed. Track production data, including downtime, rework, and efficiency metrics

Generate and maintain reports related to inventory, production output, and downtime, ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards

Work closely with supervisors to support operational needs and process improvement initiatives

Assist in training production staff on proper equipment handling and maintenance procedures

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
