NPI BOM Manager
Tesla is a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, and they are seeking an NPI BOM Manager to support the New Product Introduction team. This role involves generating Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) for new programs, managing part creation, and ensuring compliance throughout the change management process, while collaborating across various departments.

Responsibilities
MBOM configuration for New Programs and Sustaining Changes
MBOM completeness and accuracy audit: As Design vs. As Built
Global MBOM tracking and change management across all factories
Ongoing Change Analysis based upon the MBOM data
Establish and evolve the policies, standards and systems of BOM Change Management
Work cross functionally with every aspect of the automotive business
Maintain day-to-day internal relationships; point of contact for all BOM issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing related field, or equivalent experience
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
At least 3 years of manufacturing process, supply chain management, vehicle engineering, technical program management experience
Familiar with Excel, PPT, Program, Auto CAD, Solidworks, CATIA or similar software
Preferred
Technical experience in vehicle quality engineering is preferred
Technical experience in vehicle product development is preferred
Experience in integrated circuit and software development plus program management is preferred
