Corpay is currently looking to hire a Folio Specialist within their ALE Solutions division. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a minimum 96% accuracy on all audited folios and achieving the production goal set by the Team Lead, while collaborating with policyholders, hotel chains, and brands.

Responsibilities

Reconciling the folio with our internal database and online bank account

Determining which folio discrepancies can be billed vs. need resolution while following department procedures

Delivering high levels of customer service to policyholders when processing reimbursement checks

Assisting with or fully completing resolutions to folio discrepancies with hotels via fax, email, or phone

Processing high-priority customer requests with expediency

Requesting folios with the hotel as needed

Maintain internal databases to ensure all relevant information is noted

Adapt to process changes while maintaining production and accuracy

Work overtime when needed

Other duties as assigned

Required

High School diploma or equivalent

2+ years of job-related experience

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook

Exhibits strong business acumen and sound judgement

Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with internal and external people in the course of work
