Field Coordinator
Construction Innovations, LLC is dedicated to simplifying electrical installations and enhancing project efficiency. The Field Coordinator will serve as a problem-solving representative, focusing on the electrical construction aspects of various projects, while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth installation processes.

Responsibilities
Review project scope and design specifications
Assist in the development of installation plans and material lists for all electrical and support infrastructure with consideration for project requirements
Suggest innovative ideas for product improvement and new product creation throughout the field installation processes
Participate in development of the project construction schedule
Collaborate with field installation crew to coordinate best methods of installation
Monitor and record equipment and labor productivity for on-site installation and excavation activities
Monitor installation progress and report to the project team potential scheduling changes
Assist with the identification and tracking of change request material and labor
Coordinate technical support for installation electricians
Conduct activity on-site in a safe manner in accordance with company safety and health policies
Train on and perform duties in accordance with the quality management system (QMS)
Traveling to project job sites (up to 100% working time away from office)
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license is required
Extensive travel within the United States required
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
On-site or installation experience on electrical or construction projects is preferred
Design and/or engineering experience in electrical power and/or distribution systems a plus
Understanding of electrical materials, and construction means and methods is preferred
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, mechanical, or electrical trades is a plus
