Responsibilities
Support & Maintain Particular & Molecular Contamination Testing Equipment SOP, Recipes, Programs, Process Improvements and Maintenance
Support RGA Lab activities and maintenance
Collect and analyze SPC data to monitor process stability
Support & Maintain CCE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), First Pass Yield, Pareto & DN reporting and analysis to enable data-driven decision-making
Assist CCE structural process improvements to increase Productivity, Efficiency & First Pass Yield (FPY) and to reduce defects related to Cleaning & Contamination
Support Roadmap Initiatives for CCE CAPEX Investment, Continuous Improvement (Lean & Six Sigma), NPI, MRO and Capacity Analysis
Assist CCE processes for installation and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new tools and equipment calibration
Assist CCE procedural, process & manufacturing documentation
Qualification
Required
Pursuing Bachelor's with at least 3 years completed or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)
Preferred
Familiarity with manufacturing processes
Familiarity with Quality Tools such as SPC, Problem Solving, Pareto Charts, Histograms, Root Cause Analysis, Control Charts, Flowcharts, etc
Familiarity with Continuous Improvement (Lean & Six Sigma) Principles is a plus
Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX)
Familiarity with Project Management Principles is a plus
Familiarity in ERP/MES systems or other Manufacturing Systems is a plus
