As a Senior Risk & Fraud Analyst, you’ll be on the front lines protecting players and revenue by identifying, investigating, and preventing fraud across wagering, payments, and player activity.

Responsibilities

Monitor player behavior, wagering activity, and transactions to detect fraud, abuse, and suspicious patterns
Lead complex investigations into high-risk accounts, withdrawals, and payment activity
Evaluate fraud risk for new products, features, and third-party providers in a regulated gaming environment
Manage payment risk across cards, ACH, wire, checks, PayPal, and alternative payment methods
Ensure AML & KYC compliance, including preparation and submission of SARs
Support and guide escalated chargebacks and disputes
Identify emerging iGaming and sportsbook fraud trends and recommend mitigation strategies
Build, optimize, and tune fraud rules using internal and third-party tools
Analyze large datasets using Excel, SQL, or Python and present clear insights to leadership
Act as a primary escalation point for Payments, KYC, Compliance, Customer Support, and VIP teams
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvements and QA initiatives

Required

2–5 years of hands-on fraud or risk experience in sports betting, iGaming, or fintech
Deep understanding of wagering mechanics, player behavior, bonus abuse, and gambling fraud typologies
Experience with online payments, withdrawals, and chargebacks
Working knowledge of AML, KYC, and SAR reporting in regulated markets
Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools is a big plus
Familiarity with tools like GeoComply, LexisNexis, or similar fraud platforms
Sharp judgment, high integrity, and confidence handling sensitive data
Clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving, always-on gaming environments
Flexibility to support Eastern Time operations, including occasional weekends
