Inside Sales Manager
PayTech Trust is a fast-growing payments company processing over $1 billion annually, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale their inside sales team. The role involves coaching team members, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring CRM accuracy while fostering a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
Lead and grow an inside sales team (current 4 → scaling to 8–10)
Own outbound strategy, inbound support, pipeline creation & appointment setting
Coach, mentor, and hold the team accountable to excellence
Build scripts, talk tracks, objection frameworks & best practices
Ensure CRM accuracy, reporting discipline & performance visibility
Partner closely with Marketing + Enterprise Sales to execute campaigns
Strengthen relationships with software and banking partners
Foster a culture of performance, positivity, discipline, and growth
Qualification
Required
3+ years leading sales or call-center teams
5+ years in B2B sales
Strong communication, presence & leadership grit
Proven consultative selling success
Hunter mindset + coaching resilience & persistence
Experience building outbound scripts / playbooks
CRM & data-driven leadership discipline
Thrives in fast-growth, high-change environments
Growth mindset — builder, problem solver, do-er
Preferred
Merchant services / payments experience
POS, payment gateway or PCI familiarity
Software / channel partner background
HubSpot or IRIS experience
