Responsibilities

Lead oncology clinical trials from start-up through close-out
Ensure study documentation and files are complete and inspection-ready
Organize and lead meetings, capturing key decisions and action items
Coordinate project activities, resources, and cross-functional team efforts
Ensure team compliance with study-specific training and standard procedures
Support sites with audits and inspections
Assist with budget and operational management
Monitor study progress, metrics, and quality across sites
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate operational issues
Support study set-up, regulatory submissions, and operational documentation
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain trial progress
Support study close-out activities
Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree with several years of hands-on clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or related environments
Direct experience managing oncology clinical trials, including start-up, monitoring, and close-out
Experience managing vendors and clinical trial sites
Knowledge of clinical trial regulations and good clinical practices
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Comfort with technology and standard office software
Minimal travel required
