Responsibilities

Respond to IT support requests via phone, chat, or remote support tools to provide timely technical support to end-users

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary

Conduct routine maintenance tasks on endpoints such as software updates, patches, or vulnerability remediation

Administer user access and permissions within IT resources

Coordinate and track user on/offboarding activities

Identify opportunities for process enhancements by collaborating with other teams and departments, implementing best practices

Maintain an accurate inventory of company-owned IT assets

Provide technical training and support to end-users on software applications and IT systems

Document technical procedures and solutions within our knowledge base

Provide quality IT support that enables internal customers to achieve company goals
