Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects from initiation through closure
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and resource plans
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and delivery metrics
Ensure adherence to delivery methodology
Manage change requests, scope creep, and prioritization
Manage project budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and cost controls
Coordinate with procurement and finance for contracts and renewals
Act as primary point of contact for business stakeholders, IT leadership, vendors, and partners
Facilitate steering committee updates, status reporting, and executive communications
Qualification
Required
8+ years of IT project delivery experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing medium to large size project and team
Experience in global delivery model
Proven experience delivering complex enterprise projects
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and release management
Experience managing budgets, vendors, and distributed teams
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA
Preferred
PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master certification
Experience working in regulated or global enterprise environments
Exposure to data, integrations, AI, or automation initiatives
