Responsibilities

Run the daily operations of the training hub and ensure smooth execution

Plan, schedule, and coordinate classes, small-group sessions, and recurring programs

Work closely with trainers and coaches to support program delivery

Manage participant communication and on-site experience

Maintain consistency, structure, and operational follow-through

Build strong working relationships with trainers, partners, and participants

Ensure the space feels organized, reliable, and welcoming

Qualification

Required

Demonstrated experience operating or leading gyms, studios, or training programs

Proven ability to run ongoing operations with minimal supervision

Strong understanding of training environments and fitness communities

Track record of managing recurring programs, not just one-time events

Comfortable taking full ownership of daily operations and on-site execution

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Reliable, hands-on, and people-oriented

Preferred

Experience as a studio manager, program lead, or head coach

Experience being the first or sole operator at a location

Existing connections within the local fitness or training community
