Responsibilities

Be the friendly first point of contact for client emails and calls
Keep calendars, meetings, and schedules running smoothly
Help onboard new clients by gathering info and assisting with setup
Keep digital files and internal docs organized and easy to find
Assist with billing support, invoice tracking, and admin coordination
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups so nothing slips through the cracks
Jump in where needed to support a growing, remote team

Google WorkspaceMicrosoft OfficeCloud-based toolsAdministrative supportProfessional communicationTime managementTrustworthiness

Required

Experience in an administrative, office support, or client-facing role
Someone who loves lists, systems, and checking things off
Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
Comfort working with cloud-based tools and remote collaboration
Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and manage your own time
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
Based in Madison, WI or nearby
