B2B Outside Sales Lead – Corporate Gifting & Strategic Partnerships
Topdrawer is a design-led luxury house based in the Boston area, specializing in corporate gifting and strategic partnerships. The B2B Outside Sales Lead will be responsible for expanding the national B2B pipeline, maintaining revenue targets, and delivering a premium client experience while representing the Topdrawer brand.

Expand our national B2B pipeline across corporate, hospitality, agency, university, and brand partners
Build on existing relationships with leading premium brands, hotels, and institutions
Lead thoughtful outbound outreach and in-person business development
Turn first projects into long-term partnerships
Carry and own annual revenue targets
Maintain disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM
Establish a repeatable foundation for long-term B2B growth
Develop proposals and gifting programs for senior-level stakeholders
Partner closely with Operations and Marketing to ensure flawless execution
Protect the Topdrawer experience at every client touchpoint
Act as a visible ambassador of Topdrawer in the Boston market and nationally
Identify new partnership sectors and growth opportunities, occasionally traveling for tradeshows and client development (10 to 20%)
Share market insight directly with leadership to inform product and strategy
Qualification
Required
A seasoned B2B sales professional with 5–10+ years in relationship-driven environments
Experienced working with luxury hospitality, premium brands, or high-touch enterprise clients
Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers face-to-face
Highly organized, accountable, and self-directed
Motivated by ownership, not just activity
Energized by building something enduring inside a design-led brand
