Manager, Strategic Operations and SCM

Responsibilities
Manage Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely receipt, adjustments, and cancellations as needed
Track POs and monitor shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery and address supply chain disruptions
Resolve operational challenges, including appointment pushouts, customer escalations, and out-of-stock situations
Collaborate with Amazon to support logistics programs and optimize processes for efficiency
Participate in strategic projects to improve operational workflows and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field required
6+ years of proven experience in supply chain management, operations, or a similar role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external customers
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
