Responsibilities
Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Change Implementation
Contribute to large-scale planning related to Change Implementation deliverables
Review and analyze moderately complex Change Implementation challenges
Collaborate with client personnel in Change Implementation
Qualification
Required
4 years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
Preferred
Experience as a change management champion managing large Data Modernization implementations
Skills in identifying and assessing change, engaging stakeholders, and embedding change into culture
Strong program and portfolio leadership, including impediment management
Experience in executive content preparation and communication to senior leadership levels
Exposure to engaging with 3 lines of defense, audit readiness, and responses
Expertise with tools such as Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
Familiarity with technology background in data platforms, modernization, and migrations of data assets to cloud
