Tuberculosis Control Program Principal Administrative Aide, Grade 13
Montgomery County Government is seeking a Tuberculosis Control Program Principal Administrative Aide to provide administrative support to the Tuberculosis Control Program team. The role involves direct customer service to clients, data entry, tracking referrals, and supporting community engagements.

Responsibilities
Greet clients and respond to client inquiries related to tuberculosis
Provide data entry and track referrals, screenings, and lab results using an electronic health record and other electronic databases
Correspond with clients via letters, appointment reminders, etc., using Microsoft Office Programs
Schedule and track appointment schedules to ensure the recipient has received appointment notifications
Provide support for community engagements and contact investigations
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Two (2) years of progressively responsible office support experience
Graduation from high school or High School Certificate of completion recognized in the State of Maryland
An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be substituted
Preferred
Experience working in a community and community health setting
Experience working with electronic health records
Experience working with a diverse population
Skilled with data entry and tracking in Microsoft Excel
Multilingual skills
Strong customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, electronic health records, and other electronic databases
Experience working in a community and community health setting
Multilingual language skills preferred in English/Amharic, Chinese, French, Korean, Spanish or Vietnamese
