Responsibilities

Utilize internal project management platform to assist with task assignments and timeline management for Marketing support requests from across the organization

Support game and event playlist development and final assist trafficking across key departments including Marketing & Ops, Studio, Game Experience, Scoreboard Operations and Corporate Partnerships

Assist in task management for co-branded creative requests and marketing performance recaps

Initiate and track invoices for cross-department Marketing orders including giveaways and signage requests

Support updates of self-service Marketing asset folders and resource guides

Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing/Business Administration, or equivalent work experience

Minimum 1 year within marketing or creative services

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, and resolution skills

Ability to build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization

Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment

Ability to maintain a flexible schedule as some evening and weekend work is required
