They are seeking a Prompt Engineer / Sr. Prompt Engineer to design and optimize prompts for generative AI solutions, collaborating with data scientists and software engineers to enhance performance and reliability.

Computer Software

Responsibilities

Design, refine, and evaluate prompts, context, and system instructions for various product use cases
Conduct experiments to assess model behavior, accuracy, and cost impact with new or existing prompts
Monitor model outputs for bias, hallucination, and performance degradation
Analyze and address technical problems related to prompt design and model interaction
Identify and address blockers or dependencies impacting prompt effectiveness
Document prompt designs, experiment results, and integration patterns to ensure alignment
Continuously improve prompt engineering processes by adopting new techniques and technologies
Apply and advocate for best practices in prompt engineering and information security
Develop and maintain prompt libraries and internal documentation to enable scalability

Required

Experience working with large language models and prompt engineering techniques
Experience with code languages such as Python, Go, Node, or JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Vertex AI, or Azure ML)
Experience with Agentic Frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, Google ADK, or Agent Builder and supporting concepts such as Tools, MCP, and RAG
Knowledge of CI/CD and automated testing practices
Working knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Ability to think creatively and systematically to solve complex problems
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
